By using PouleParty you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The Service

PouleParty is a fun prediction game for the FIFA World Cup 2026. It is not a gambling platform. No real money is wagered — the €0.99 fee is a participation fee for the game.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use PouleParty.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Each pool entry costs €0.99. Fees are non-refundable once predictions are submitted.

5. Fair Play

Creating multiple accounts or manipulating scores is prohibited and may result in account removal.

6. Limitation of Liability

PouleParty is provided "as is". We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance.
